How to Enjoy the Tour
Step 1: Choose several tour sites below to visit, being aware that you might not be able to see everything in one day. You can start anywhere - the tour is self-guided and there is no admission charge!
Step 2: Load up your car with your friends and family and begin your tour! Bring a cooler and pick up some fresh veggies, let your kids enjoy a hay-ride and barnyard animals, watch our artists in action and enjoy a day in the country!
Step 3: Visit our Ag + Art Tour information table at your first tour stop to sign-in. You will be counted at each tour stop you visit but you only need to sign in at your first stop. Be sure to use #agandarttour in all of your social media check-ins!
Step 4: Don't forget to check out farms and artisans in other participating counties!
With 12 counties over 4 weekends there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy!
Union County Ag + Art Tour Sites
U1. Jackson Farm Garden
garden is planted on a three-acre plot of " plastic-cultured and is housed
on the Nicholas Estate, built in the early 1900's. We grow a large vartiety of vegetables
including tomatoes (cherry, better boy and magic mountain), greens (kale, swiss
chard, asian turnips, mustard, collards, and mixed tender greens), onions,
sweet potatoes, cabbage, okra, and more!
The garden has several beehives during the year the honey is collected and sold with the garden's vegetables at the Union County Farm and Craft Market.

U2. Jonesville Veggie Patch
U3. Pea Ridge Distillery located on Hereford Hills Ranch
Only open Saturday, June 23
Enjoy tastings of our Moonshine and Specialty Spirits, which can be purchased on site. We will also give a history of Distilling in the County and a tour of our operation. We will also have food for purchase from our food trailer where we use our grass-fed beef and pastured pork that can be seen grazing in the fields of our ranch from our tasting deck. We will also have a hayride to a replica still on the creek that runs through our property where plenty of moonshine activity took place back in the day.
U4. Piedmont Physic Garden
A small botanical garden located in the center of Union's beautiful historic district. Our mission is to exhibit and promote the medicinal, economic, cultural and environmental importance of plants to the people of Union County and the surrounding Piedmont region of South Carolina.
