    Since 2011 our award-winning facility has been home to farmers market with a museum, cafe and gift shop selling wares by local artisans across the facility. This is a great place to experience all things ag and art related to Colleton County

    Herd It Here Farm is a unique agritourism farm in Cottageville. We provide an enjoyable and educational experience for visitors of all ages.


    Learn about alpacas and feel their amazing fleece. Visit miniature cows, fancy chickens, fainting goats, Eddie the mini donkey, Tilly the pony and the big guy, our rescue horse Cherokee.


    Visit the Country Store and purchase beautiful alpaca fleece clothing - scarves, hats, gloves, felted items, toys, souvenirs and local artisan goods.

    Instinct Earth is a 30 acre permaculture food forest along the banks of the Edisto River that hosts agricultural educational courses, music/art gatherings, and grows contract specialty crops for Certified SC producers.

    We are a little family homestead featuring Nubian dairy goats, a variety of egg-laying chickens and a market garden. We will have seed starts, produce, goat milk and cheese, eggs and value-added products available for purchase.
