We are a small 30-acre family farm that was farmed over 100 years ago. The original Derrick house is still standing and has become our home for the last 15 years. We have a small farm store that is open year round with goat milk soap, jams/jellies, honey, pork, pickles, crafts, and vegetables. We are a goat dairy farm with 3 different breeds of goats. We also have donkeys, mules, pony, peacocks, pigs, chickens, and honeybees. We also love to teach people about where their food comes from and offer classes on soap making, canning, gardening, cheese making, and goat yoga. We have a picnic area and a 1900 cottage as well. Restroom facility is on site.
Honey, vegetables when in season, jams/jellies, pickles, crafts, hand salves, lip balms, and our goat milk soaps are all for sale on site.

When you visit Hollow Creek Distillery, you’ll likely meet our family hard at work in the production room, labeling bottles, packing boxes, or right behind the tasting bar where you can taste all of our moonshines and award-winning Bourbons, Vodka and Cinnamon Whiskey. We’re a local history museum featuring 30 historic structures on 6 acres in downtown Lexington. We have several garden beds that will host native plants that are examples of what people in the past planted and farmed. We have a restroom facility on site with a handicap accessible option.

We started as a farm supply store in 1977 and we have expanded as a community event and educational center. We feature a permaculture food forest tour with native fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Visitors will be lead on guided tours of our unique garden and will be able to purchase locally grown fruits, vegetables, honey, eggs, pork, and beef. Visitors can also purchase seeds, plants, trees, and bushes. We will have a kids craft table for the children to create a special take home memory. We have a restroom facility on site.
Flowers, honey, vegetable plants, flower plants and fruit trees are all available for purchase on our site.

We have a roaster café where we roast our own coffee and source our beans from farmers. We are also a part of the 1% for the Planet Initiative where we donate 1% of sales through a combination of monetary, in-kind, and approved advertising contributions. We are the first business in the Midlands to become a part of this initiative. Restroom facility is available on site with a handicap accessible option.

We are on 4 acres of flat property where we grow and harvest chestnuts from our chestnut trees. We don’t yield nuts until September but guests will have the opportunity to tour a chestnut farm and see the behind the scenes work that goes into growing chestnuts. Seven Oaks Plant Shop has been a staple of the community for over 46 years, bringing beautiful color to gardens, landscapes, and planters. We offer a wide variety of quality indoor and outdoor plants, soils such as Fox Farms, all types of fertilizers, organic seeds, 150 varieties of vegetable plants and one hundred different varieties of locally grown herbs. Plus, we have an incredible, knowledgeable, and friendly staff who are always willing to assist when customers have questions. We are also enthusiastic about education and offer free education on Saturday mornings and are committed to artisans by offering handmade and local products such as Craven’s Pottery, Bee Trail Farms Honey, and Kyle Smith artisan pottery. Seven Oaks Plant Shop’s goal is to keep their products affordable and carry the best products around. Brown Box Veggies, anyone? We are reviving this popular local produce service in June 2024 with the only pick-up location at Seven Oaks Plant Shop. We could not be more excited to share this business with the community again. If you do not already know all about BBV, we will share the information with you on the farm tour. During the Saturday event, we will have a learning map for participants to walk through
